How do I get my first graphic free?

We are offering our first clients the various file types needed to create print, digital, and social media graphics! (So these files might last you forever)

  1. Start by choosing the product or products you want to put your logo on,
  2. Figure out any specifications,
  3. Contact us by phone, email, or contact form,
  4. and we will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to gather your full requests and details.

We will get your approval before creating svg, jpg, png, ai, and psd formats and sending you the usable files.

These files are yours to use as you please while your custom merch is being made and after!

How long until I get my custom merch?

We strive to have the quickest turnaround time possible from talking about product to customizing it. We will respond to all requests within 48 hours, send a quote for buyer approval within 48 hours, and production begins on payment of the invoice.

From agreement and payment of the invoice, customization can take up to a month but we send updates with every new piece of information (or weekly, as the buyer prefers)
